January 10 update: We’ve signed the lease to start on February 1st. Thank you to all the contributors! We do want to make up the $764 shortfall so we have the entire lease term covered. Any additional funds are appreciated.

We are very excited about the opportunity and feel it is the right time to expand to an office ahead of 2016. Quite frankly, we can’t run this party out of people’s basements. Nor should we want to host important events at the back of Perkins or Davanni’s. The LP is moving on up!
The office suite and surrounding amenities is a great value. We would like to provide our volunteers with a space where they can collaborate and build the synergy we need to grow our capabilities to better support our candidates and reach more voters. Have you enjoyed the myriad of workshops and speaker seminars we’ve offered at our State Convention? Well, we’d love to expand that to year around as well. It’s truly something you have to see to appreciate; so please take a look at the pictures below. But we need to act on this ASAP to secure the space and sign the lease which would start on February 1st.
We need to raise $3,479 in 1 week (Jan 5th-9th) to cover 6 months rent plus security deposit. There is only one suite left in this complex. That’s why we’re asking for you to help us reach our goal this first week in January. We don’t want to lose this opportunity. Subsequently, we have a plan for to make this a sustainable investment for the long-term.

Please help us with this significant step. I’m encouraged by the gains we’ve made over the last two years as your Chair. I hope you can help us reach our “New Year’s resolution” goal this first week of the January. We will greatly appreciate it and look forward to having you at our Grand Opening party. Contribution option 1: Use your 2015 Political Contribution Refund
You may donate FOR FREE with your 2015 Political Contribution Refund (PCR) donation. Even if you just used your PCR in 2014, you can use it again. It’s available once a year. Minnesota residents can donate $50 per individual/$100 per married couple to a political organization and receive a full refund through the state’s PCR program. You can then submit a form to the state, and they’ll reimburse you in full, out of the tax money you’ve already paid in. It takes about 5 minutes of your time. Simple.
Contribution option 2: Membership offer
Contribute $30 or more directly to this fund and automatically be considered an LPMN member (w/o using PCR program, select “no” on PCR receipt option). Contribute $60, $120, $300, $600 or more and you’ll get a free shirt, book or convention ticket as shown on this page. Great deal for a great cause. Use “other amount” field.
