July 22, 2016

The Libertarian Party is increasingly attracting the media’s attention!

KIMT investigated the growing public interest in political alternatives, focusing on efforts of the Libertarian, Green, and Independence parties. The station is based in Mason City, Iowa, and its broadcast area covers northern Iowa and southern Minnesota, including the cities of Rochester, Austin, and Albert Lea.

KIMT interviewed LPMN Vice Chair S.L. Malleck and LPMN State House candidate Joe Weverka running for District 67B (East St Paul). The face time happened at the Ramsey County Fair in Maplewood, one of several public outreach events performed by the LPMN this summer.

The report can be viewed online. It runs for six minutes.

Concerned about the expansion of government control and the erosion of individual liberty? Please consider joining and becoming active with the Libertarian Party of Minnesota. Libertarians support liberty on all issues, all the time! Libertarianism is a philosophical and political movement to promote personal freedom, strong civil liberties, a genuinely free marketplace, and peace.
