Libertarian candidate for State Senate District 19 Shane Wernsing put on some miles and knocked on a few doors meeting likely voters as he gathered signatures required to petition for ballot access. Alternative party nominees needed to collect a minimum of 500 signatures from eligible voters within their district between May 17th and May 31st this year to appear on the ballot.
Shane discussed his journey, during the short two week petitioning time, collecting signatures and connecting with likely voters in Minnesota Senate District 19 on KEYC News 12 in North Mankato this past Thursday.
