Dear Libertarians and Liberty Lovers, As you sit down to watch the evening news each night, you probably feel alone in your beliefs. You don't want to see the government throw any more of your money into poor investments or more government power. As each new dilemma crawls across your screen, whether it's public health care, poor spending practices, or the increasing number of expensive governmental programs, your nose wrinkles at the smell of an overly powerful government -- and it should!

Registration for the 2009 LPMN State Convention is now open

The LPMN is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2009 state convention, titled "Selling Liberty". This event will focus on how to position our party as one that serves and meets the concerns of someone new. We will feature speakers Pat Anderson, Edmund Contoski, and keynote Wayne Allyn Root. It will be held on June 13 from 2:30pm-7:30pm at the VFW Post 5555 in Richfield, MN. See the event registration page for speaker descriptions, event details, and prices. First Episode of “At Issue” aired.

LPMN chairman, Bob Odden, has started a new public access television program titled At Issue. The first episode aired Monday, May 11 at 9:00pm featured, "a discussion about the state of youth in our school district and how parents and the community need to get involved in raising tomorrow's leaders."
